Privacy

This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit techqon.ch or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Scope

This notice applies to the website techqon.ch. Products and services of Techqon Systems, such as Unary, have their own privacy information.

What we do not do

  • No cookies and no local storage for analytics
  • No tracking, no analytics or advertising services, no social media plugins
  • No forms: nothing you type is stored by this website
  • No third-party fonts or scripts — everything is served from this domain

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser identifier (user agent) and security and routing information. The purpose is reliable and secure delivery of the website and protection against abusive traffic; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 31 revFADP, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare may also process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and on standard contractual clauses.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your details (name, e-mail address, content of the message) solely to answer your enquiry and to carry out any resulting project. We keep the correspondence for as long as that requires or statutory retention duties demand.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with processors we need to run our operations (hosting, e-mail) or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and request a copy in a common format. Write to privacy@techqon.ch; we answer within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your competent supervisory authority.

We update this notice when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
